









For the majority of teenagers, alcohol is seen as a rebellious substance that has the power to make one look desirable and fashionable. This is a result of the media and the way alcohol is portrayed to young people in these times. Alcohol is usually photographed for advertising purposes, in a way that is glamorous, ideal and makes the consumer look calm and flawless. As this unrealistic image of a consumer of alcohol is projected throughout teenage culture, it is so obviously different to the realistic effects of the drug.
